- Please note that Temple reserves the right to deny request based on geographic location & its verification.
- Priest consultation might be required for additional puja related questions.

Disclaimer:

- All requests must be sent at least 4 weeks in advance for it to be honored unless it's an emergency.
- The form must be completed for monthly puja participation as well.
- You must submit a form for your request to be honored.
- All requests will be answered within 5 days based on the nature of the request.
- Any puja request that requires "Hawan", will be considered as case-by-case basis due to fire and safety codes.
